When it comes to effective design, perception is reality regardless of the marketing vehicle you choose to deliver your message. Accepting this maxim will help you to effectively communicate to your audience in this age of complete media submersion. Even if you don't select one designer to handle all of your efforts (which is often a good thing), it is important to select someone who can guide your business and speak to other disciplines in their language.

So, what's up with the wierd name? Well, with over ten years of experience in cross-platform, cross-media design and two International Web Design Awards, I've come across a great deal of project diversity and I always take a methodical and multidisciplinary approach that will ensure an effective solution. Below is a list of design and marketing elements that I usually find myself working on...

  • Short to mid term promotional tie-in elements (sweepstakes web pages, point-of-purchase displays/ballot boxes, banner ads, posters, lanyards, etc.)
Liquidparadigm is as much a philosophy as it is a name. I've found throughout the years that while the goal of business is usually the same, the path to that goal is often in flux due to changes in the economic and political environment as well as technological advances.
Past Projects

Click to open a sample of how the site worked In 2000, TBS asked the firm I worked for if we could make a "really different" website that let the user control their theme. I was given the project and along with two other designers, we came up with a "skin" concept that allowed the user to change the website to fit their mood or taste in movies. The result was a website ahead of its time and a winner of an International Web Design Award.

My favorite part of this project was the Sci-Fi "skin" which was constructed entirely out of a stock photo of a human jaw bone.
